The occupation authorities forced a Jerusalemite family to demolish part of their home in the Ras al-Amud neighborhood in Silwan, under the pretext of building without a permit.

And local sources reported that the occupation municipality forced the Jerusalemite citizen Hatem al-Salaymeh to demolish part of his house, which he had been living in for 20 years with his wife and three children.
The occupation authorities threatened the Salaymeh family to completely demolish the house in case the part, which was paid an annual fine of 70,000 shekels, was not demolished 20 years ago.
