Jaroslaw Kaczynski, leader of the ruling party in Poland and the man described as "strong", seeks to restore relations with Israel to what they were before the differences between the two sides for reasons related to the Holocaust.
According to the Hebrew Ynet website, Kaczynski sent a message to Tel Aviv that his country is interested in ending the diplomatic crisis, noting that Polish figures suggested that Israeli Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi visit Warsaw as an announcement to restore relations to their course, except that the airspace was closed due to the spread of Corona and the proximity of the elections.

For its part, Tel Aviv sent a message to Poland that it is also interested in restoring relations to a standard line, but it is disturbed by the effect of the Polish historians ’law on public opinion in Israel, which is the law relating to the Holocaust.
